DBI served as project manager for the renovation of a leading culinary center in New York City's SoHo area, which involved the construction of state-of-the-art professional kitchens, flexible classrooms, and an event space. DBI worked closely with the client and project team throughout the planning, pre-construction, construction, and close out phases, saving the project more than $1.1M and mitigating schedule exposure by 30–40 weeks.
