DBI Projects was hired as project manager for renovations to the historic hotel, which included a new lobby, restaurant, meeting rooms, and event spaces. DBI successfully completed the hotel's lobby and Danny Meyer restaurant on a fast-track schedule. As a result of DBI's phased work plan and expert coordination, the hotel remained open throughout construction.
