We have been the Robin Hood Foundation’s go-to Real Estate Advisor and Project Manager since 2007. The Robin Hood Foundation is a leading non-profit organization that targets poverty in New York City by finding, funding, and partnering with the most effective programs to maximize their impact. Through our relationship with Robin Hood, we have provided project management and real estate advisory services to over 40 non-profits across New York.
Our work for these non-profits spans large and small projects, from helping organizations find a new space and negotiate a favorable lease though to executing a capital project. When undertaking these projects, we ensure a full understanding of the mission and goals of each organization and their proposed project, then we explore the numerous ways these goals can be reached with the resources at hand.
